The Blazing Fire
Daniel 3 is the story of three men who would not worhsip anyone or anything except God, even when their lives were threatened. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego knew God could save them from anything that might happen to them. And even if God wasn't going to save them, the men were going to do what they knew was right. When you read this story, discuss the amazing faith these men had in God. They knew God could save them even in a situation that was physically impossible! Also discuss how these men realized that God doesn't always step in. Sometimes He allows us to go through fires in order to refine us and teach us something about Himself.
This is the "reader" version of The Blazing Fire. It is just right for small hands, and for making copies.
