The Unmerciful Servant
This parable is taken from Matthew 18:21-35. There are many concepts in this parable that are important to discuss, such as the attitude of the king, the extent of the debt owed to the king, the attitude of the servant after he had been forgiven by the king, and the consequence of not forgiving others. Most kids have lots of opportunities to either need forgiveness or to forgive others, so continue discussing the parable and the important lessons, when moments in life come up that require someone to forgive.
